By requesting a quote, scheduling services, or allowing River Klean to perform work at your property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not request our services.

Services Description

River Klean provides the following professional services:

• Residential and commercial window washing and cleaning
• Foyer, vestibule, and lobby cleaning and maintenance
• Garbage bin cleaning and sanitization
• Grill cleaning and winterization
• Parking lot cleaning and maintenance
• Leaf blowing and yard cleanup
• Yard waste removal and recycling
• Custom vinyl decal design and application
• Adhesive and decal removal
• Residential snow clearing

All services are performed by trained professionals using professional-grade equipment and environmentally responsible products.

Service Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by River Klean are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service, additional work requested, or changes in scope. We will always obtain your approval before performing additional work that exceeds the original quote.

Payment Terms

Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs. Please note:

• Confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees
• Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee
• Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or staff availability

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service delivery, customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to work areas
• Remove valuables and fragile items from work areas
• Ensure pets are secured during service visits
• Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
• Be present or provide authorized access during service
• Notify us immediately of any concerns during service

Service Standards and Warranties

River Klean warrants that all services will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard practices. We guarantee customer satisfaction with our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Limitations of Liability

Insurance and Licensing

River Klean maintains appropriate insurance coverage and is properly licensed to perform cleaning services in Illinois and Wisconsin. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our employees are trained, insured, and background-checked.

Environmental Responsibility

River Klean is committed to environmentally responsible practices. We use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible and follow proper disposal procedures for all waste materials. We encourage recycling and proper waste management.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, designs, and marketing materials, are the property of River Klean. Custom designs created for clients remain the property of the client, while River Klean retains the right to use general design concepts in our portfolio.

Privacy and Data Protection

Force Majeure

We strive to resolve all customer concerns amicably. If a dispute arises, please contact us first to discuss the issue. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication. If necessary, disputes may be subject to mediation in the customer's local jurisdiction.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate court in Lake County, Illinois.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any written agreements or quotes provided, constitute the entire agreement between you and River Klean regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

Modifications to Terms

River Klean reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
